Meet The Face Behind QRF Systems, LLC

I’m Paul Brumback, the proud owner of QRF Systems, LLC. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

My introduction to the security and fire alarm business came almost by mistake. Ten years ago, I accepted the opportunity as a way to get by but soon realized that this was the industry for me. This experience led to my starting QRF Systems, LLC in 2019, as I saw many people being taken advantage of or overcharged for sub-par systems.

The industry has evolved rapidly in the three years since I started my business. Code and technology are constantly advancing, so I believe staying on top of these aspects and continually educating yourself is the name of the game. My business is based on productive professional relationships, honest work, reasonable rates, and all-around excellence.

Why I’ve been successful

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my honesty, integrity, and humility. I attribute my success to my fantastic people and our superior teamwork. We are constantly pulling each other up and are always finding new and better ways to work together. The appreciation from our customers and the solid relationship we have with our contractors is, hands down, the most satisfying thing to me. The growth we have seen has given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I am not at work, I’m a family man. I have a wife and three kids, and they keep me pretty busy. We like to kayak, fish and camp whenever we have the chance. I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
